Loved the friendly staff and the location! The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city and is walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants, and attractions. The breakfast was delicious and had a good spread of both Japanese and Western options. The rooms were clean and well-maintained.
The rooms were smaller than expected and the shower area was cramped. The TV channels were very limited.

We spent a romantic escape at this hotel and we were very happy with our experience. the rooms were cozy and tidy, and the service was impeccable. the location was perfect for us, as it was close to both shopping areas and street food. We also appreciated the little touches like the kimono robe and slippers in the room.
The room was definitely on the small side, which made it a bit cramped for two people. the shower was tiny and not very comfortable to use.

We loved the location of this hotel as it was conveniently near the station and opposite a beautiful park. There were so many good restaurants around the corner that we never had a problem finding a place to eat. Additionally, the hotel staff was exceptional, answering all of our questions and always available to help. The room was very spacious and clean.
